The Linear Amp UK Discovery 2 utilises a single Russian GS35 triode and will produce up to 1500 Watts output with 100W of drive.

All brass anode stripline - silver plated on request for minimal losses and long term stable operation.

Heavy duty UK made 2.2kVA toroidal transformer with a high power voltage doubler HT board.

Fully specified control and protection circuit board offering anode flashover protection, grid overdrive trip, auto soft start and in-built 3 minute warm-up timer.

The cooling is via an integral high performance centrifugal fan.

Quiet coaxial changeover relays used for input and output with sequential switching to eliminate hot changeover arcing.

All built into a CNC punched and folded steel chassis with 3mm aluminium front panel.

100% duty cycle - Full output can be maintained all day long for EME, Data Mode and contest operation.
